Getting Started
How do I create an account?
Click the "Get Started" button on the homepage and fill in your details. You can register as a reader or writer.
How do I become a writer?
When registering, select "Writer" as your account type. You'll then have access to create and publish stories.
Is StoryHub free to use?
Yes! Reading most content is free. Some chapters may be marked as "Early Access" which requires a small payment to unlock before the free release date.
Reading Stories
How do I find stories to read?
Browse stories on the homepage, filter by category, or use the search function to find specific titles or genres.
What is Early Access?
Early Access chapters are premium content that can be unlocked before their free release date. This supports writers while giving you early access to new content.
Can I comment on chapters?
Yes! Logged-in users can leave comments on any chapter they've read. Please keep comments respectful and constructive.
Writing & Publishing
How do I publish a story?
Go to "My Stories" in your writer dashboard, click "Create Story", fill in the details, and add chapters. Set the status to "Published" when ready.
Can I earn money from my stories?
Yes! You can set Early Access pricing for chapters. When readers unlock your content, you receive 80% of the payment.
How do I withdraw my earnings?
Go to your Wallet page, enter your bank details, and request a withdrawal. Minimum withdrawal amount is RM10.00.
Account & Settings
How do I change my password?
Go to Settings from the user dropdown menu and use the password change form to update your password.
Where can I see my purchase history?
Click on "Unlock History" in the user dropdown menu to see all chapters you've unlocked.
