2. User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3. User Content

By posting content on StoryHub, you:

• Retain ownership of your original content
• Grant us a license to display and distribute your content on our platform
• Confirm that your content does not infringe on others' rights
• Accept responsibility for your content

4. Prohibited Content

You may not post content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Harasses, threatens, or bullies others
• Contains spam or misleading information
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations

5. Payments & Earnings

For writers using our monetization features:

• Writers receive 80% of Early Access chapter sales
• StoryHub retains 20% as a platform fee
• Minimum withdrawal amount is RM10.00
• Withdrawals are processed within 3-5 business days
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes

6. Intellectual Property

The StoryHub platform, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by StoryHub and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

StoryHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

StoryHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of StoryHub after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
